Can I purchase my ticket at the door?

Yes, you can! However, we highly recommend purchasing in advance since prices will be higher and there is no guarantee there will be remaining availability.

Do I need to buy tickets for my children?

It depends. We have a special kids ticket for children under 10. For infants and toddlers, there will be no charge.

Are tickets refundable?

Does the festival benefit a non-profit?

Of course! As the creator of this event, the Hispanic Restaurant Association will use excess proceeds to fund its mission to advocate on behalf of the Hispanic restauranteur in order to open and operate their restaurants efficiently and effectively.

Will children and/or pets be allowed?

Children and service dogs are gladly welcomed! We will have a kids play area at the event.

Are there bathrooms on-site?

There will be multiple bathroom facilities available.

Are there places to sit?

There will be limited seating available, so we highly encourage you to bring your own.

Will there be free water on-site?

No. Water will be available for purchase. We are also not allowed to allow outside food/beverage, so please hydrate beforehand.

Will there be a lost & found?

Yes.

Can I use my debit/credit card to purchase things from vendors?

Absolutely!

Is there parking at the venue?

There will be parking available in parking lots and nearby side streets.

Is the festival handicap accessible?

Yes.

What is considered a valid ID?

We will accept any currently valid driver's license, military ID, or passport. Student IDs or any other ID that is expired will not be accepted.
